Refund policy
Broken or defective items:
- Please take a picture of the damaged item and send, along with order number, to smockingbirds.shop@gmail.com or text to 573-418-5035. Someone will contact you within 24 hours, excluding weekends.
Items which, within 30 days, you are just not thrilled with, for whatever reason:
- Package the items up, along with a note about why you are returning them, and ship back to 529 Court St., Fulton, MO 65251. ATTN: Returns
- Upon inspection, we will issue a refund to your preferred form of payment, within 14 days.
- No Returns on Sale items
- Returned items must be in their original packaging with their tags still attached.
- We will not accept items which have been used or worn.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original order.
