General Shop information

Smockingbird's is a charming gift boutique, located in the heart of the Brick District of Fulton, MO, which carries unique, affordable gifts for that special person in your life.We are in the process of updating our website and want the process to be as smooth as possible for you.  Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to help with this.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, without notifying the customer, including the selection of items and their prices. If you encounter any difficulty, please notify us at smockingbirdsgifts@gmail.com.

Payment information

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal on our website.  In store, we also accept cash and checks. Should you decide to use PayPal, please note that you do not need a PayPal account to use it, just an email address and bank account or credit card.

Shipping information

We ship within the continental United States using USPS. We require 2-3 days processing time prior to shipment. We are not responsible for USPS transit time as this can vary during times of high volume. 

Sales Tax

Shipments within the state of Missouri will be charged an additional sales tax of 8.225%.

Completed order information

Order confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of receiving. To ensure that the email does not get trapped in your spam folder, please add smockingbirdsgifts@gmail.com to your address book of safe contacts and check your spam folder just in case. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at smockingbirdsgifts@gmail.com or call us at 573-642-8010.

Return Policy

Broken or defective items:

  • Please take a picture of the damaged item and send, along with order number, to smockingbirdsgifts@gmail.com or text to 573-220-7297.Someone will contact you within 24 hours, excluding weekends.

Items which, within 30 days,  you are just not thrilled with, for whatever reason:

  • Package the item,s up, along with a note about why you are returning them, and ship back to 529 Court St., Fulton, MO 65251. ATTN: Returns
  • Upon inspection, we will issue a refund to your preferred form of payment, within 14 days.
  • No Returns on Sale items
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging with their tags still attached.
  • We will not accept items which have been used or worn.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original order.
