Baked Roasted Garlic & Onion Dip
1 C mayo
1 1/2 C shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
1/2 C shredded Parmesan Cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together except hold back 1/2 C of shredded cheddar.
In a 9" pie plate, spread out the mixture and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 C of Cheddar.
Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes until top is lightly golden and dip is bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with crackers or crusty bread. Yum!
